Dr. Katie Rose Pryal
Your Kid Belongs Here: Insights on Parenting Neurodiverse Children
Virtual Event
Inclusive environments where every young person feels valued, safe, and seen has never been more critical. Pryal comes to GPS to share powerful insights that create supportive structures for children who may feel left out, misunderstood, or different.
Parents and caregivers will discover practical tools to advocate for children’s emotional and social needs and gain a deeper understanding of how to navigate the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent youth who may be dealing with anxiety or trauma.
Educators will benefit from concrete methods to design learning spaces that will reduce stigma, combat alienation, and embrace diverse learning strategies for students.
Join us and learn how to foster a culture of mutual respect, empower children to advocate for themselves, and help kids build resilience and practice self-acceptance.
Pryal is an author, keynote speaker, and expert in neurodiversity, mental health, and higher education. As a neurodivergent writer and former law professor, she brings a unique blend of legal, academic, and life-experience to her advocacy work—helping institutions and families build accessible, empathetic communities.
