From Anxiety to Action: A Parent’s Guide to Navigating AI, Social Media, and the Digital Future

Virtual Event

Program Takeaways:

Digital Wellness is About Awareness, Not Fear – Parents should focus on educating and empowering their children rather than enforcing rules based on fear.

Teach Digital Literacy, Not Just Screen Time Limits – Kids need to understand how technology works, not just be restricted from using it.

AI is Here to Stay – Prepare, Don’t Panic – Children need digital skills and literacy to thrive in the future job market.

Pathways & Boundaries Work Together – Instead of outright restricting devices, parents should create structured steps for digital responsibility.

Model the Behavior You Want to See – Kids mimic what they see, so parents should practice healthy tech habits themselves.

Every day, our kids are bombarded by screens, social media, and now AI. The rules of parenting have changed, and the pressure to protect, guide, and prepare our children has never been greater. But let’s be honest—most of us feel overwhelmed by the pace of change.

How do we keep our kids safe without over-controlling? How do we set boundaries without constant battles? And how do we raise confident, tech-savvy kids who can thrive in a world dominated by algorithms, AI, and digital distractions?

This isn’t just another talk about screen time limits. This is about future-proofing your child’s success. If you want to feel more confident, better equipped, and fully prepared to raise a generation of digitally wise, resilient, and purpose-driven kids—this is the session you can’t afford to miss.
