We all yearn for joy in our careers and in life, but as we look toward the future of learning and work, the path forward can feel elusive and exhausting. In this enlightening presentation, you’ll learn how to experience a research-based way to discover what brings us happiness both online and offline.

Leadership Consultant and bestselling author Amy Blankson comes to GPS to help us better experience digital transformations, including the introduction of generative AI, and offers a fresh perspective on fending off digital distractions while maintaining balance along the way. Here is inspiration to navigate uncertainty and handle the pressure of being always “on” in a hyper-connected world while fighting burnout and communication overload.

Participants will learn skills to maximum productivity and create realistic tech-life boundaries to recapture focus and deepen engagement. Discover a renewed sense of meaning, purpose, and a new perspective for thinking about challenges along with actionable strategies for practicing positive habits to benefit your life at work and home.

Amy Blankson is the CEO of Fearless Positivity, cofounder of the Digital Wellness Institute, and bestselling author of “The Future of Happiness: 5 Modern Strategies for Balancing Productivity and Well-Being in the Digital Era” and “The Digital Wellness Playbook.” A graduate of Harvard and the Yale School of Management, she’s the only person to receive a Point of Light award from two U.S. presidents.
